Hamburg Süd - New Cancellation Fee as from April 1, 2021
Dear valued customer,
Due to shortage of capacities and a significant amount of short falls due to inaccurate placed booking, we regrettably have no other option but to increase our Booking Cancellation Fee for all Hamburg Süd export shipments to CHF 100 per shipment to compensate for our financial losses. Project shipments are charged individually.
Enhanced booking reliability will assist to efficiently allocation space and equipment to guarantee our customers' needs and requirements.
