O. Brunoni S.A. and Allmarine AG merge their business activities
Dear Customers,
We are pleased to inform you that O. Brunoni S.A. and Allmarine AG will merge their business activities as from January 1, 2024.
The management of both companies have mutually agreed to merge their capacities and to continue to operate further under the brand O. Brunoni S.A.
At the same time, we are pleased that the 10th largest shipping company in the world, ZIM Integrated Shipping Services and its affiliated companies have nominated O. Brunoni S.A. as their agent in Switzerland as of January 1, 2024.
The existing dedicated team members will continue to serve you and will start serving you using the O. Brunoni S.A. name as from January 2024. All existing agreements, terms and conditions will remain unchanged and will be taken over by O. Brunoni S.A.
This merger will give you access to a greater range of transportation products and business solutions, driven by the latest technology and supported by a strong focused and dedicated team.
The combination of both worlds will make our position in Switzerland even stronger with a wide coverage of FCL, Breakbulk and RORO services where from all stakeholders can benefit from.
